Engr. Jesse A. Cosme
The Builder
Affiliations: PCAB, PICE, PTAA
Engr. Jesse A. Cosme is the founder and driving force behind JECO Construction. A graduate of BS Civil Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas in 1981, he began his career with Pilipinas Shell as a Project Manager, gaining early exposure to industry-leading construction practices. He later moved to Saudi Arabia as a Project Engineer, where he managed the operations and construction of medium to high-rise buildings and was introduced to advanced architectural technologies and methodologies.
In 1990, Engr. Cosme returned to the Philippines and established JECO Construction, bringing with him a wealth of international experience. To date, he has successfully completed over 50 private projects and 20 government contracts, covering a wide range of residential, commercial, and public infrastructure. Known for his hands-on approach, Engr. Cosme is dedicated to delivering high-quality results—on time and within budget—while ensuring every project reflects technical excellence and thoughtful execution.
Archt. Maria Patricia Joanna T. Cosme
The Designer
Affiliations: UAP, Rotary Club, PTAA
Archt. Maria Patricia Joanna T. Cosme graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in 2009 with a degree in BS Architecture. She began her architectural career at Rchitects, Inc., a prominent firm led by renowned architect Jose Pedro “Bong” Recio. There, she gained valuable experience in designing high-impact projects including hotels, commercial centers, and high-rise developments.
Now serving as the Principal Architect and Design Lead at JECO Construction, Archt. Cosme brings creativity, precision, and a client-focused approach to every project. She excels in guiding clients through the architectural process—listening to their vision, offering informed insights, and crafting designs that are both functional and inspiring.
