JECO Construction is a family-owned, Metro Manila-based construction company rooted in tradition, craftsmanship, and continuous innovation. Founded in 1990 from a modest apartment office, we’ve grown into a respected name in Philippine construction—known not just for what we build, but how we build: with integrity, dedication, and a deep understanding of our clients’ evolving needs.

From our first townhouse projects to today’s large-scale residential, commercial, and government developments, JECO Construction has built more than just structures—we’ve built a reputation for excellence that spans over three decades.

What We Do

JECO Construction started with a clear vision: to build well-designed, functional, and affordable townhouses throughout Metro Manila. We’ve completed over 36 townhouse developments, earning a reputation for crafting homes that truly meet the needs of modern Filipino families.

As our clients’ needs changed, so did the services we offer. Today, our project portfolio includes 67 accomplished and ongoing developments. These range from resort complexes and government buildings to school campuses, hospital projects, and high-quality interior fit-outs. 1990

The Foundation of JECO Construction

Jesse Cosme, after years of experience as a Project Engineer in Saudi Arabia, returned to the Philippines to establish JECO Construction. This marked the beginning of a legacy in engineering and construction excellence.

First Government Project with DPWH

JECO Construction’s inaugural project was a road drainage improvement in Biñan, Laguna, under the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). This marked JECO’s entry into public infrastructure development.

First Government Project with DPWH

JECO completed its first government building project by constructing the Outpatient Department and ER Clinics of the Philippine Children’s Medical Center Hospital in Quezon City for the Department of Health (DOH).

First Government Industrial Facility

JECO built the Banera Warehouse in Navotas, Metro Manila for the Department of Fisheries and Development Authority (DFDA). The warehouse was designed for storing “bañeras” used in the Philippine fishing industry.

1991

First Townhouse Development

In 1991, JECO developed its first real estate residential project — a 2-storey, 2-unit townhouse located on Baco Street, Sampaloc, Manila.

1992

First Government Office Building

JECO Construction’s first government project with DOTC-LTFRB (Department of Transportation and Communications- Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board) is its Office Building Construction in Paranaque, Metro Manila.

1996

First Design and Build Project

By 1996, JECO introduced its design-build services, completing a 2-storey residential house in Bel-Air II Village, Makati — offering end-to-end architectural and construction services.

2000

First Perimeter Fencing Project

In 2000, JECO expanded into security infrastructure with its first perimeter fence project in Cabuyao, Laguna.

2001

First Educational Facility Renovation

In 2001, JECO completed a repair and renovation project for the Polytechnic University of the Philippines main building in Sta. Mesa, Manila.

2003

First University Health Facility

JECO extended the University Health Service Main Building at UPLB in Laguna in 2003, constructing the new outpatient department for student and faculty healthcare.

2006

First Government Multi-Purpose Building

In 2006, JECO delivered a multi-purpose facility in Diliman, Quezon City for the National Power Corporation (NAPOCOR), supporting various administrative uses.

2011

First 18-Unit Townhouse Community

In 2011, JECO launched Gelinos Terrazza Residences — an 18-unit, 3-storey townhouse development on a 900 sqm lot in Gelinos Street, Sta. Cruz, Manila.

2015

First Private Pool Resort Development

JECO entered the hospitality sector in 2015 with a private pool resort in Los Baños, Laguna — a milestone in recreational and leisure construction.

2018

First Condotel Project

In 2018, JECO completed Oriental Zen Suites, its first condotel development, located on Alfonso Mendoza Street, Sta. Cruz, Manila.

First 12-Unit Townhouse Project

JECO built G Residences in 2018 — a 12-unit, 3-storey townhouse development on a 600 sqm lot in Geronimo Street, Sampaloc, Manila.

First Condominium Interior Fit-Outs

In 2018, JECO completed its first residential interior fit-outs in luxury condominiums:

The Venice Luxury Residences (92 sqm) – McKinley Hill, Taguig

Parkwest (37 sqm) – BGC, Taguig

Trion Towers (37 sqm) – BGC, Taguig

2020

First Office Interior Fit-Out in BGC

In 2020, JECO completed a 120 sqm office interior fit-out at Capital House Condominium in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

2023

First Mixed-Use Resort Development

In 2023, JECO developed Oriental Zen Resort, a 5,000 sqm mixed-use resort property in Lake Caliraya, Lumban, Laguna — a high-end hospitality and leisure complex.

2025

First Mixed-Use Commercial Building

In 2025, JECO constructed a 4-storey commercial-office-residential building on a 300 sqm lot in Dimasalang Street, Sta. Cruz, Manila — its first true urban mixed-use project.

Also in 2025, JECO completed a 6-storey office-residential building with roof deck on a 205 sqm irregular lot along C. Aguinaldo Street, Barangay Marilag, Quezon City — a showcase of vertical building innovation.
