What does JECO stand for?

JECO is named after our founder, Engr. Jesse A. Cosme, who started the company in the early 1990s. What began as a small townhouse development firm has grown into a trusted construction company in the Philippines, known for high-quality residential, commercial, and government projects. JECO has expanded to offer design & build, steel construction, renovations, and more.

Where is your office located?

Our main office is located at 817 Antonio Maceda Street, Sampaloc, Manila. We are open Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ready to assist you with your construction and development inquiries.

Do you also cater Design & Build Projects outside Metro Manila?

Yes, we serve clients beyond Metro Manila. JECO currently has ongoing construction projects in Las Piñas, Cavite, and Laguna. We’re open to expanding to more locations based on client needs.

Do you have PCAB? What category?

Yes. JECO is accredited by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) under Category B, which qualifies us to handle large-scale private and government construction projects.

Are there advantages if you are PCAB accredited?

Hiring a PCAB-licensed contractor ensures you’re working with a legally registered, government-accredited firm. It guarantees compliance with construction safety standards, quality protocols, and industry best practices.

Are you looking for joint venture in developing your townhouse projects?

Yes. We welcome partnerships for townhouse development joint ventures. To propose a collaboration, please send a Letter of Intent to contact@jecoconstruction.net.

What Construction Services Do You Offer?

JECO Construction is your all-in-one solution for:

  • Architectural Design Services
  • Design and Build Projects
  • General Construction
  • Townhouse Development
  • Structural Steel Construction
  • Post-Construction Maintenance

We cater to both residential and commercial clients, delivering quality, safety, and value in every project.

What Is Post-Building Maintenance?

Post-construction services are critical yet often neglected. At JECO, we ensure every project is thoroughly finalized before turnover. This includes addressing punch list items, repairs, and client walkthroughs. Our commitment to after-construction care has earned us repeat clients and long-term partnerships.

Can New Clients Avail of Your Post-Building Maintenance Services?

Yes. Our post-construction maintenance is open to everyone—not just former clients. Services include:

  • Interior fit-outs
  • Structural and building repairs
  • Building extensions

Note: We do not handle minor repairs.

Do You Accept Construction Bidding Only?

Yes. We participate in competitive construction bidding provided that full project details and documents are submitted for evaluation and proposal development.

Do You Offer Standalone Design Services?

Absolutely. Clients can avail of architectural design services without committing to construction.

Do You Charge Per Square Meter for Construction?

No. Unlike others, we don’t provide fixed per-square-meter pricing. We analyze each client’s budget, design requirements, and project scope to create a custom and transparent cost breakdown based on your approved plans.

Do You Accept Renovation Projects?

Yes. JECO provides full-scale renovation services, including interior remodeling and structural renovation of existing homes, buildings, or commercial spaces.

Do You Offer a “Construct Now, Pay Later” Option?

Unfortunately, no. Due to the complexity of project planning, permit processing, and construction execution, we require initial budget allocation before we begin. This helps ensure a smooth and efficient build by our team of professionals.

Do You Offer Pag-IBIG Financing for Construction?

As of now, we do not have active projects using Pag-IBIG housing loan financing. However, we do accept bank financing options. For Pag-IBIG inquiries, we recommend checking with your local Pag-IBIG branch or preferred lending institution.

Do You Accept Bank Financing for Projects?

Yes, we support bank-financed construction projects and currently work with:

  • Metrobank
  • BDO
  • PNB

We require our clients to have at least 50% of the project cost in available funds before construction begins. Most banks release the remainder once the project is 70–80% complete. For guidance, please contact your bank and send your financing concerns to contact@jecoconstruction.net.
