Engr. Jesse A. Cosme graduated BS Civil Engineering from University of Santo Tomas in 1981. He joined “Pilipinas Shell” as a Project Manager where he worked alongside leading industry professionals. He was later offered an opportunity to work in Saudi Arabia as a Project Engineer where he monitored and handled the operations and construction of medium and high-rise buildings. In Saudi Arabia he was exposed to the latest architectural technology and learned various architecture methodologies and frameworks.
In 1990, Engr. Cosme decided to return to the Philippines where he created JECO Construction with the experience and knowledge he gained. To this date he has constructed more than fifty (50) private projects and twenty (20) government projects.
People might say that Engr. Cosme is completely dedicated to his job – and they’d be right. He is committed to ensuring that projects are completed on time, within the allotted budget and that each project developed is skilfully built.
I am the Senior Project Manager of the company. I love to design and listen to what are my clients needs through collaboration. In this way, this helps me solve any design problems and achieve it in construction.
I am the Senior Administrative Officer who provides, manages and supports our daily office operations. I have been in the company for 13 years and my passion is ensuring that the office operates efficiently.
I lead the company as Senior Design Architect who supports and collaborates in different project from horizontal up to mid-rise buildings and renovation fit-out projects. I also mentor and inspire the team with my dedication, zest and passion both in work and Architecture.
