Law is described as a science and the art of justice. A discipline and profession concerned with the customs, practices, and rules of conduct of a community that are recognized as binding by the community.
It is also described as a rule of conduct developed by the government or society over a certain territory. Law follows certain practices and customs in order to deal with crime, business, social relationships, property, finance, etc. The Law is controlled and enforced by the controlling authority. Cooperation from people is necessary to make the system more effective and successful.
In the Philippines, one of the laws that were mandated by the government in terms with design, construction and development is the Philippine Building Code. This has different codes and use for each project category.
